Two days ago I saw a lady trying to get a stuffed toy at a crane game and I helped her on her last try. It was the first time I successfully catched a toy, and I was confident enough today to try for myself.

I was supposed to blog about my today's look and the tryout of my new Diamond Lash Cats Eye, but I couldn't be more stressed about the current situation of the world.
It doesn't feel right to blog about eyelashes when it is collapsing. Maybe I'll even stop posting selfies on Twitter.
I'm adapting to a new medication and that is enough to make me anxious for a few days until my body gets used to it. Add global crisis and things take a nosedive.
I might not be European, but this whole situation results in an economical impact everywhere, and we didn't even leave a pandemic yet.
I just came back from my vacations and I was promoted to shop manager but I can't help feeling numb about it. It makes me feel bad that there are families looking for shelters meanwhile.
Not to mention about Syria and Palestine that are struggling with wars for so many years now. The situation in Ukraine and Taiwan are just two more additions.
At this point it's not too unbelievable that we're heading to the third world war and I never thought I'd have to deal with it. I've always been an enthusiast for history and it's all fun and games (wartime movies, books and games) until you actually see it all happen in front of your eyes.
I wish I could say I can only hope for the best, but is there any hope left?
I apologize for this post but anxiety and sadness have really been taking me over these days.

Last Sunday, I finally got to meet up with Akei-chan!
We went to a pink and Teddy bear-themed cafe called Pikurruchas in uptown São Paulo.
It was the dreamiest place for photos!!!
Dress is MA*RS, everything else is off-brand!
It is definitely a fun place to meet up with your friends, but unfortunately I was very underwhelmed by their menu. Nothing really too interesting or different (and a little overpriced), but I ended up not ordering what I actually wanted to try because my new antidepressant is making me lose my appetite. Either way, it's very cute and there were a few places we couldn't take pictures because there were a lot of guests that day.

Today my mailbox gave me some love (≧▽≦)
I just received my Ghost of Harlem shirt and boxes of Diamond Lash! It's the first time I actually buy a full box of DL, as previously I've only bought pairs from a now closed shop that cut the boxes and sold the lashes like this.
They're the Cats Eye and Glamorous Eye, and I'm sharing them with my gal pal Akei! Each of us will stay with 3 pairs of our favorite model and 2 of the other.
This Ghost of Harlem piece is a lacey cami-like shirt, very different of what we usually see from the brand! I believe it's from a 2014 spring-summer collection that had lace as its focus and theme. It's very romantic, sexy and bold at the same time!
I still can't believe the price I paid for it. So far it was my cheapest brand item! If I convert the price to USD, it would be lower than $10.
I'm eyeing a GLAVIL cross necklace for next month, if I'm lucky enough. It would look beautiful with this shirt!

You might be wondering why it took so long for me to show it. Well, it was one of the most stressing packages I had to deal with lol
The seller shipped it to the wrong address, so it was returned, I had to pay for the shipping again (though I believe she should have paid it herself bc y'know... It was her mistake, but at that point I just wanted this drama to be over), so I had to wait for almost a month to finally have this damn coat with me.
BUT NOW THIS BABE'S HOME!
It's a S so feels a little tight but it's totally wearable, so not much of a problem. It's definitely very warm and now I'm excited for winter! Lol
The last week was a painful one.
My vacations started last Wednesday but I had no rest.
The landlady freaked out about Salem for absolutely no reason and made my life and of other people (including my mother) a hell because of it. She forced me to get rid of him by spreading lies about me.
Since my mother was never really the most supportive, she wasn't on my side. Which made things worst.
Of course it's not like I'd abandon him.
I called some friends and one of my dearest agreed to take care of him while I don't move out of here. She brought him home yesterday.

As soon as I get out of here, I'll sue that bitch. I have enough evidences of her harassment in chat messages and audios and I honestly can't wait for that. I'm feeling peaceful, karma will do its job.
Before I started my break from my job, my energy to do my makeup fell to zero because of exhaustion and for a few days I broke the dressing code and went with a bare face. I'm slowly recovering from all of this (tiredness, drama, my mother calling Salem names, only to name a few). Been binge-watching Twin Peaks as healing lol
On a lighter note, there are some pretty dope stuff coming in soon!
I got two boxes of Diamond Lash and a Ghost of Harlem shirt I found at Enjoei!!!! The shirt was so insanely cheap that I almost couldn't believe it!
Also, I'm meeting up with my gal friend Akei on Saturday! Can't wait!
