It's been a while, I know! 

Last year was... Insane, to say the least. A lot happened, and I went through a lot of shit. 

I worked at a jewelry store and hopefully that was the last time I did.

When it comes to money, it was okay. I did make some money and bought some stuff I could never afford before. But I was frequently bullied by my manager, the dress code was extremely strict (to the point I couldn't wear any nail polish but nude shades), and I had to act like someone I am not. 

The stuff I went through at that place is too long and depressing for a blog post, so let's skip that part.

But I'd like to say that the more I approached back to gyaru, the happier I was. Because of the dress code, I couldn't do my makeup properly on a daily basis, as I did back in the days working at The Body Shop. I did many attempts of adapting my makeup for the dress code, and while it did work, I still couldn't really feel like myself, as I had to wear a black blazer, black pumps and my hair pulled back. Lip glosses were not allowed too, and the nail polish thing was traumatizing. 

I didn't meet with my Gyarusa the whole year and barely talked to my gal friends. I was working like crazy and during Mother's day, Black Friday and Holidays season I had a 12 hour shift, and I still had to work in heels. That job drained so much of me, it was insane.

But since January I've been meeting with my gyarusa monthly, and I treasure our friendship so much. It was crazy to see people on Twitter that actually became fans of Brazilian gals because of us! 

My birthday was also so magical (let's not get to the part where I sprained my ankle because I fell on my holographic platform heels and I'm still recovering).

I even got Diamond Lash as present! 

Then in early April I was finally fired. I took two months of rest, and even went on a beach vacation with my parents in May (will post about that later)!

And when I came back, my gal friend and Gyarusa mate Larie offered me a job at the office of her business! It's my first time working in an office and I'm LOVING IT! 
And since she's my long time gal pal, of course there is NOOOO dress code and I can even gyaru-fy my desk a bit!

If you told me I'd have a gal boss, I wouldn't believe in a million ages!

She's also the one who got me Diamond Lash for birthday... Can you tell how lucky am I for being her friend? 

I'm now with a new goal of losing weight, but I mean that with the best, healthiest intentions. I gained a lot of weight the last two months because, well, I slept a lot and ate too much fast food, so I'm now a bit overweight for my height. I'm gonna try journaling about my journey to a healthier lifestyle here! 

And I have a Mercari package on the way, and a few more gal stuff! I used ZenMarket for my first Mercari haul, although I'm not really sure how to feel about it... The taxes and shipping made it very costly  and the Brazilian government just set more taxes for international packages, so it's probs my only order for a while... I hate it here sometimes 

Anyways, I'm gonna try blogging more often!!!! At least three or four times a week!
