Today would have been my grandmother's 76th birthday.
In a few days, it'll be a year since the last time I saw and hugged her.
A year ago, I'd be sending her audios with my warmest wishes for her new cycle, not even imagining that it was her last.
There is a special word in Portuguese for the feeling of missing someone: saudade. Portuguese is one of the only languages in the world that has a specific word for that feeling.
Saudade is all I have today.
